Why You Should Make Strawberry Vanilla Martinis
When I first created my Strawberry Vanilla Simple Syrup, I immediately knew it belonged in a martini. This was the first drink that I made with the syrup and it just had *instant classic* vibes that I knew I had to share with you all.
Not only is this drink light, fruity and well-balanced (aka not to sweet and not syrupy like some fruity martinis can be), but it’s a simple drink with its own unique flavor thanks to the hint of vanilla and dash of lime juice.
This martini is perfect for summer parties and picnics or even Valentine’s day – she does it all!

How to Make Strawberry Vanilla Martinis
Seriously, this drink is so easy it gives Sandra Lee a run for her money.
- Add ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add: ¾ of a cup of ice, 4 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of strawberry vanilla simple syrup, ½ ounce of lime juice, 4 mint leaves.
- Shake it up! Place the lid and cover on your cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds (you want there to be frost on the outside of the cocktail shaker if you’re using a traditional metal kind).
- Pour it up and garnish! Pour cocktails into two glasses and garnish with either a mint leaf or a slice of strawberry.
Cheers!
